Senior health is one of the popular medical study among medical students. It is that stage of life when many diseases infect body. According to government rule after 60 year of age human being called as senior citizen. But according to medical line there is no specific age of being senior. According to medical studies a half an hour walk in the morning and evening reduces risk of heart attack. It maintains stomach and digestive system. Along with some exercise reduces risk of Vision and Hearing Loss, back problem, Mental Health, Bone Health and Mobility that make healthy living. Nutritional diet is very important for senor to remain healthy. Smoking and drinking are like mark to end life, so for graceful age not only seniors but also youngster should keep away from these habits.

To remain healthy and active during senior age one should make his or her daily schedule regarding taking breakfast, lunch, dinner timing, exercise timing, should go for proper nutritious diet, some indoor sports and games, cycling, evening walking, daily exercise etc. That helps them to remain fit and fine. Therefore, to remain fit and healthy senior have to take balance diet, they have to put efforts to remain in balance weight, they should go to parks and gardens for morning walk and gym for work outs and are trying to lead a healthy lifestyle.
