Mean women should go for morning walk, proper diet, nutritious food, some enjoyable sport and games, cycling, evening walking, daily exercise etc. That helps them to remain fit and fine. They have to put efforts to remain in balance weight, they should go to parks and gardens for morning walk and gym for work outs and are trying to lead a healthy lifestyle.
